The 8 limbs of yoga or in Sanskrit ashtanga is the baseline of how to live a meaningful and purposeful life. They help solve the different moral & ethical dilemmas we face along with treating ourselves and others. These limbs are yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana & samadhi. During each 75 min class, we will move through a vinyasa flow as we break down the definition each limb and how to implement them into practice and daily life. Grab your mat and join me on Zoom as we deepen our practice through the 8 limbs of yoga.
